His yoga journey began in his home state of Kerala and deepened through extensive studies and training in Rishikesh, Goa, and the renowned yoga hub of Mysore. Mithinga Boro is an internationally certified yoga instructor whose teaching is rooted in authentic tradition, mindful practice, and a deep commitment to holistic well-being. Born in Assam, Mithinga’s yoga journey began at a young age and has since taken him across India, training extensively in Assam, Kerala, and Rishikesh—three regions known for their rich yogic heritage.
With professional training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, and Vinyasa Flow, Mithinga blends classical knowledge with modern techniques to create balanced, transformative sessions for practitioners of all levels.
