Suneesh, founder of the yoga school, has been dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga since 2013. With a strong foundation rooted in traditional Indian yoga, he offers a balanced and authentic approach that integrates movement, breath, and mindful awareness.
His teaching style blends Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and precise alignment principles, creating practices that are both dynamic and accessible for all levels. Suneesh has deepened his studies in some of India’s most respected yoga destinations, including Rishikesh, Kerala, Goa, and Mysore, drawing inspiration from diverse lineages and traditional teachings.

Adriana Sámper, yoga instructor with over six years of personal practice and more than three years of teaching experience. Certified in Hatha, Rocket, SUP Yoga, and Vinyasa Krama. She has also trained as an Ashtanga Vinyasa instructor, practicing in Mysore (India) with her teacher Mr.Chidananda for several years. She offers a wide variety of styles and adapt to individual needs. Her journey in yoga has led her to live and study in places such as India and Mexico, enriching her vision and understanding of this transformative practice. In addition, she has been leading and organizing yoga retreats in the Maldives for the past three years, creating immersive and transformative experiences in inspiring natural settings.

Mithinga Boro is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher specializing in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. With a holistic approach to movement and mindfulness, Mithinga creates a balanced practice that integrates strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and deep relaxation.
Her teaching style blends traditional yogic principles with modern techniques, offering students a safe and supportive environment to explore their physical and mental potential. Through Hatha and Ashtanga practices, she guides students in building strength, alignment, and discipline, while Yin Yoga sessions encourage deep release, restoration, and inner stillness. Her Aerial Yoga classes bring creativity and playfulness, helping practitioners develop confidence, mobility, and body awareness.
